I was lucky enough to participate in more than one workshop held by Stefan, and each time he was able to exceed my expectations: he “enlightened” me on the dynamics of human behavior and provided practical tools for “management”, always in an exceptionally clear, concrete and structured manner.
He taught me the importance of listening and knowing how to give feedback, and always found a way to involve the whole group on the one hand and at the same time direct the impact of the training for everyone individually…
The “power” of the method he adopts and teaches is such as to make it incredibly effective. I can only say that even after hours and hours of an intense course, every time, I would just like to continue and discover more.
