Our Shared Principles for a Productive Experience
1. Openness – Let’s Go All In Together
The real breakthroughs happen when we open up. The more we share and discuss, the deeper our work can go. And don’t worry—confidentiality is at the heart of everything we do. What’s shared in our sessions stays within our circle.
2. Building Trust – A Journey We Take Together
Trust isn’t just something you’re given; it’s something we build together. Our sessions are about much more than just sharing knowledge—they’re about rediscovering what you already know and growing that into something even more powerful. Together, we’ll learn to trust ourselves and each other more deeply.
3. Sharing is Multiplying – Let’s Make Knowledge a Community Asset
Knowledge grows when it’s shared. In our sessions, everyone’s voice and insights are valuable. Whether you’re here to help others, advance your career, or connect, by sharing what you know, we all gain more. Let’s make this a space where knowledge flows freely and everyone benefits.
4. Creating the Right Atmosphere – Where Ideas Can Flourish
The environment we create together is key. It’s not about having a flashy seminar room; it’s about building a space that’s warm, welcoming, and inspiring—like a cozy mountain lodge rather than a cold business hotel. When the atmosphere is right, we can focus completely and work without distractions.
5. You Are the Focus – Everything Else Can Wait
During our time together, my attention is entirely on you. The outside world—emails, phone calls—will be on pause so that we can dedicate ourselves fully to the session. This way, you can expect and give 100% attention.
6. Respect and Responsibility – It’s a Two-Way Street
In our sessions, respect and responsibility go hand in hand. All questions are welcome, and we’ll respect each other’s needs. What we discuss stays within our group, creating a safe space for honest and meaningful conversations.
7. Keeping the Focus – Phones Off, Minds On
To ensure we stay focused and present, we’ll all turn off our mobile phones during our sessions. This way, we can fully immerse ourselves in the work we’re doing together.
Technical Requirements for a Seamless Workshop Session
1. The Room & Location
Our space should be at least 60 square meters, filled with natural light, and with windows that open to let in fresh air.
Please ensure there are refreshments available for everyone.
2. Materials and Equipment
Please make sure the room is equipped with two flip charts, multi-colored markers, a well-stocked moderation kit, and Post-it Meeting Notes (minimum size 152 mm x 101 mm). We’ll also need a projector or screen with high HDMI connection, and a large, white projection surface.
3. Seating and Setup
We’ll start with the chairs arranged in a circle to foster open discussion. I’ll need two tables—one for my materials and one for participants to use during the session. If possible, other tables should be removed to keep the space open and flexible.
4. Recording for Reflection
We’ll take photos, videos, and audio recordings during our sessions. These recordings are for you, to help you revisit the insights and learning after the session.
5. Participant Information
To tailor the session to your needs, please send me a list of participants—including names, email addresses, and their roles—at least 14 days before we meet.
I’m excited to meet you and to embark onto this journey together. Let’s make it a session that truly matters!
