Stefan Gliesche has been successfully collaborating with our company since September 2012 and conducts workshops and coaching sessions for real estate consultants, License Partners and Expansion Managers in the field of international expansion, in Italian and English, for our client, one of the largest franchising company in the real estate sector.

The topics of these programs are motivation based on the behavior management model, communication and sales individually adapted to the already established method and processes of Engel & Völkers, as well as leadership and recruitment.

Mr. Gliesche transferred the existing training concept from German to Italian and adapted it to the particular needs of the Italian market.
