Purpose of the First Session: Let’s Get to Know Each Other
To support you effectively, I want to fully understand your goals and current situation. That’s why this first session is completely dedicated to you. Take your time to tell me about your dreams, visions, and what you aim to achieve, so I can provide the right insights to guide your path forward. If you’d like to prepare, here are a few questions to reflect on:

Remote Coaching: The Importance of Seeing Each Other
In preparation for our online session, you’ll receive a Google Meet invitation. Seeing and hearing each other allows us to capture the full depth of communication—tone, gestures, facial expressions—helping us connect and understand each other more clearly. Before we start, make sure:
- You’ve tested the Google Meet link in the style of
meet.google.com/xxx-xxx-xxx - You’re seated comfortably for the entire session
- Your internet connection is strong and stable
- Your space is free from distractions
- Your webcam is positioned well, with good lighting on your face
