I’ve always seen potential.
Even as a kid, I was drawn to people – to their ideas, their energy, the spark behind their words. I loved those long, late talks with friends about what they could become, about the possibilities that were just waiting to unfold. While others focused on what was missing, I could sense what was already there, quietly waiting to be set free.
It took me years to realize that this way of seeing people was way more then just a habit. It was a calling. Coaching gave it shape and direction: a way to turn potentials into impact.
