After having participated in the leadership training course that you held on 6 and 7 February 2018, I wanted to express my appreciation for the great professionalism demonstrated, combined with the exceptional clarity of the concepts and language of this workshop, especially for a person who is not an Italian native speaker.
The topics covered are concrete, tangible and easily applicable in everyday working life, and I am confident to achieve the desired results.
