coaching

Coaching establishes a partnership relationship aimed at developing the individual potential of those who request it (hereinafter, the Coachee) in order to stimulate the growth of their skills.

The Coachee is expected to be honest. The role of a Coach is to support the Client in the actions that he himself has decided to undertake. The Coach represents a “safe place” from which the Coachee can observe the reasons that prevent him from acting.

Stefan will adopt an attitude capable of supporting the balance and integrity of the Coachee, who already potentially has the answers within himself, and will have to be fully responsible towards his own person. He will actively listen to the Coachee, who will thus be helped to clarify his own objectives and identify the best way to reach the solution to a problem or identify new ways of dealing with changes.

Stefan may also ask the Coachee questions of a particularly private nature. The Coachee is required to reflect and decide from the first meeting whether to give Stefan complete freedom to be frank and direct during the various sessions.

The Coachee is required to declare the support actions that make him feel good and those that do not work in the Coaching activity undertaken.

The Coachee, for personal needs, may ask to postpone the sessions by providing at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Otherwise, the full cost of the Coaching session will be charged to the Coachee.

training

Training establishes a collaborative relationship to teach, train and train individual skills of those who request it (hereinafter, the Customer) and of those who participate (hereinafter, the Participant). Stefan will carry out teaching activities to the Participants and support the Client, who thus works on their attitudes and behaviors to grow specific skills.

The Client may request to postpone the sessions by providing at least 7 days’ notice. Otherwise, the full cost of the Training session will be charged to the Customer.

self-responsibility for results

Coachee, Client and Participants declare themselves fully responsible for their own persons and for any possible action independently undertaken following the Coaching and/or Training activity.

They declare themselves motivated and committed to achieving predetermined goals, both personal and professional, aware that only through total and assiduous participation will they be able to achieve the desired results.

Not being able to influence the application of the agreement after the sessions, Stefan cannot guarantee the achievement of objectives set by the Coachee, Client and Participants.

He is not required to provide advice, judgment or solutions as he will not act as a Counselor or consultant or psychotherapist or other support profession. The professional activity is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law 14 January 2013, n. 4.

Location

The Coaching and Training sessions will be held in the environment, including online, that Stefan and the Coachee or Client will jointly deem most appropriate, as long as it is suitable for the Coaching and/or Training activity.

Any costs arising from the choice, including any reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses for Stefan and any assistants, will be borne by the Coachee or Client.

confidentiality

It is recognized that the communications and information covered by Coaching and/or Training contain extremely confidential and confidential contents.

The Coachee or Client and Stefan both undertake not to disclose, in any capacity and for any reason, any element or fact or information that emerged during individual or group conversations unless specific permission has been explicitly given by defining contents and recipients by on the other side…

right of withdrawal

Stefan can exercise the right of withdrawal at any time and with immediate effect, in the event that he does not deem it appropriate to continue the activity; in this case, he will return the sums paid in advance by the Coachee or Client for the sessions not yet performed within 14 days from the moment of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Stefan is not liable for any damages whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of or inability to use this site or any materials contained in it, or from any actions or decisions taken as a result of the use of the site.
