Executive Evolution is designed as a minimum six-month journey because meaningful change takes time. Most clients continue beyond the initial programme as new opportunities, responsibilities, and leadership challenges emerge.
It brings together the strengths of all three. Some conversations are primarily coaching, others involve strategic advisory, brainstorming, or practical guidance. The approach always adapts to your situation rather than following a predefined method.
Yes. Most Impact Coaching sessions take place online, allowing you to participate wherever you are in the world. In-person sessions can also be arranged when they create additional value.
