A Power Workshop is a practical leadership skills training built around one essential capability. Every workshop includes an online preparation session, a full workshop day one week later, and a follow-up session two weeks afterwards. This extended learning journey allows participants to apply new skills in their everyday work, reflect on their experiences, and return with real situations that reinforce lasting behavioural change.

Real learning happens between the sessions. Participants prepare real leadership situations before the workshop, apply their new skills immediately afterwards, and return to discuss successes, challenges, and questions from everyday work. This rhythm creates a much stronger transfer into practice than a traditional one-day training alone.

Absolutely. Every in-house Power Workshop is adapted to your organization, your leadership challenges, and the situations your managers experience every day. Participants work on real conversations, meetings, decisions, and leadership situations, making the learning immediately relevant and applicable.

Open workshops are ideal for individual leaders who want to strengthen a specific capability while learning alongside participants from different organizations. In-house workshops create an even greater impact because the entire management team develops the same leadership skill, language, and behaviors together.

Power Workshops are intentionally limited to 3–12 participants. This creates enough diversity for valuable discussions while giving every participant the opportunity to practise, receive individual feedback, ask questions, and actively develop the new skill throughout the day.
