I attended one of Stefan’s 5 TQC01 sessions on “Advanced Communication Skills” for supply chain engineers and their superiors, as a training manager for the Bosch Training Center in Shanghai.

Having met many trainers in my role, Stefan particularly impressed me with his professionalism, both in the workshop and in the collaboration with my department. The participants particularly enjoyed the course: they actively engaged in the discussions and exercises, worked with great concentration and demonstrated through their questions that they were already starting to adapt the concepts learned to their individual working environment. This impression was confirmed by the excellent ratings of the training and the trainer in the participants‘ feedback for all 5 sessions.

Personally I appreciated the relaxed and fun atmosphere of the workshop, which allowed me to easily follow the topics and engage with the group and the trainer. During the workshop I started to reflect on my attitude and communication style and, thanks to Stefan’s training, I was able to significantly improve my communication skills, making it easier to convey my message to achieve my goals.

I would like to add an example of how important it is for Stefan to have an impact on every single participant: when he realized that not all participants could completely follow the workshop due to limited knowledge of the English language, he asked the group not only to summarize the topics relevant at the end of each segment, but also to translate this summary into Chinese, so that everyone could follow easily without having to expose themselves and therefore losing face. His passion for creating results, combined with his empathy for the needs of each participant, is an added value for those who choose to collaborate with Stefan.

I appreciated the collaboration and would be happy to work with Stefan again in the future.
